QUAY Privacy Policy
QUAY is a freight quotation and margin calculator for forwarders and brokers.
Operator. QUAY is operated by an independent developer. Contact: farnel_94@hotmail.com.
What the app stores on your device. Quotes, dimensions, costs, the company details you add for your PDFs, your shared-quote history, settings, export counts and onboarding state stay on your device (local storage). We do not require an account and we do not operate a QUAY backend that receives your cargo or pricing data.
What is sent off the device.
- Optional feedback you choose to email (message content and your email client metadata).
- If you buy QUAY Pro, Google Play and RevenueCat process the purchase (Google account, purchase token, and device identifiers needed to restore the subscription). We do not receive your card number.
- Crash reports: if the app crashes or hits an unexpected error, a technical report (error message, stack trace, app version, device model and OS version) is sent to Sentry so we can fix it. It contains no quote data, no company details and no account or contact information.
- Crash or store diagnostics that Android / Google Play may collect on their side.
This website. quayquote.com is a static site hosted on Vercel. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ads. The calculators run in your browser and the numbers you type are not sent anywhere. Like any web host, Vercel keeps short-lived technical request logs (IP address, browser type, time) for security and operations.
What we do not do. We do not sell personal data. We do not run ads. We do not use your quotes for marketing.
Permissions. Internet is used for purchases, restore, opening this policy, sending feedback, and optional Play review.
Children. QUAY is a professional tool. It is not directed at children.
Changes. We may update this policy. The date above is the latest version. Continued use after a store update means you accept the revised policy.
