QUAY Terms of Use
By using QUAY you agree to these terms.
What QUAY is. QUAY helps you calculate chargeable weight / W/M, margin or markup, and share a client PDF quotation. It is a commercial calculating tool. A QUAY PDF is not a booking confirmation, contract of carriage, or insurance.
Your responsibility. You are responsible for the figures you enter, carrier confirmation, and the quotes you send to customers. Rounding, divisors and minima in the app follow common industry defaults and may differ from a given carrier tariff.
Pro subscription. Calculations stay free. Client PDF exports beyond the free allowance require QUAY Pro. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Google Play at the price shown at purchase (monthly product quay_pro_monthly, annual product quay_pro_annual). Payment is charged to your Google Play account. The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions. Restoring purchases uses the Google account that originally bought Pro.
Refunds. Refund requests are handled under Google Play's refund policy.
Limitation. To the extent permitted by law, QUAY is provided as is. We are not liable for lost deals, incorrect customer quotes, or carrier charges that differ from the app's result. Mandatory consumer law still applies.
